Application Requirements

Apartment Application Requirements

1) Completed Application with Credit report authorization signed by all applicants &/or guarantor.

2) Initially with your application, you will need to submit copies of the following documents :

  • Drivers License
  • Social Security Card
  • Current Paystub &/or Letter from Employer Verifying Income & Job Stability

We reserve the right to request additional documentation on credit history, employment, and previous landlord references and rent payment history, if required.

3) Once we receive your application and required documentation we will process your application and keep you informed as to the progress. We may contact you for additional information or documentation. If your application is approved we will contact you and advise on the amounts required for security & initial Rent. These initial payments must be bank, certified or postal money order checks. Then we can schedule a lease signing appointment.
