- Completed Application with Credit report authorization signed by all applicants & guarantor, if applicable.
- Initially with your application, you will need to submit copies of the following documents:
- Driver’s License or other government issued photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Proof of income including Current Paystub &/or Letter from Employer Verifying Income & Job Stability, other sources of income
We reserve the right to request additional documentation on income, credit history, employment, and previous landlord references including rent payment history, if required.
- Once we receive your application and required documentation, we will process your application quickly and keep you informed as to the progress. We may contact you for additional information or documentation. If your application is approved, we will contact you and advise on the amounts required for security & initial Rent. These initial payments must be bank, certified or postal money order checks. We sign leases electronically quickly and easily for your convenience.
- An electronic, secure, and encrypted application process is available. Upon your request, we will send you a link to process your application.
