Apartment Application Requirements
We do not charge any fees related to the application process to rent at our building.
An electronic, secure, and encrypted application process is the only way to apply for an apartment at our complex. After initial contact with our rental agent, we will send a link to your email in which you can process the application and attach required documents.
The application process will require us to run a credit report on the tenant(s) and co-signer(s). This report will be a “soft” hit and will not impact your credit score.
We maintain minimum standards for credit scores and income requirements which we are happy to discuss with you during our interaction prior to you applying.
The tenant and guarantors are required to upload the following documents:
- Driver’s License or other government issued photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Proof of income including Current Paystub &/or Letter from employer verifying Income & job stability, other sources of income
- School registration and financial aid package, if applicable
- Landlord reference letter, if applicable
- Bank account statements, if requested
We reserve the right to request additional documentation on income, credit history, employment, and previous landlord references including rent payment history, if required.
Once we receive your application and required documentation, we will process your application quickly and keep you informed of the progress. We may contact you for additional information or documentation. If your application is approved, you will be required to pay security and first month’s rent when signing the lease.These initial payments should be made on our web site payment link. There will be no fee to the tenant for the payments. We execute all leases and accept all payments electronically for your security and convenience.
